Since 2008, the AFN community has designated 5 parcels of land for commercial use. Each parcel has been agreed upon by the community with the strict commitment that no interim or long-term harm will come to the land.

We are proud of our home, and we ensure that each opportunity we create protects the land and the members within our community.

ABC oversees all drafting and execution of leases, making sure we abide by and keep up to date all:

• Land appraisals

• Environmental studies

• Building validations

• Surveys

• Insurance

• Security bonds
   

When you join or support the Alexander Commercial Development division, you can trust Government regulations are being strictly followed, while also gaining access to a supportive leadership team that works closely with members, partners, and the ISC.

Following strict environmental regulations, we’ve designated these lands for commercial use. We also ensure the necessary documentation and corporate regulations are in place to protect the Nation from liability.

• East portion or Industrial Park area (261 acres)

• Tourism area near Sandy Beach (682 acres)

• Alexander 134A Reserve (634 acres) Head lease completed

• Data Center (4.5 acres)

• Store (5.7 acres) Head lease completed
